Shipping Coverage
Virontex LLC currently ships orders within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Free Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically occurs within three to five business days. Delivery time estimates are provided for convenience and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations and Restrictions
We ship to valid physical addresses within the United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. territories may take longer than standard delivery times due to carrier limitations.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to follow your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s tracking system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. For packages that appear delayed, we recommend allowing up to seven business days beyond the estimated delivery date before reaching out, as shipments may still arrive during this time. In cases of damage, please keep all packaging materials and notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery. We may request photographs to assist with the claims process.
